These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through the Sainte Moda website (the “Platform”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. ELIGIBILITY
By purchasing from Sainte Moda, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.
2. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to:
• Limit quantities
• Discontinue products at any time
• Refuse orders at our discretion
3. PRICING
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
We reserve the right to:
• Modify pricing at any time
• Correct pricing errors without prior notice
4. PAYMENT
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
We do not store your payment details.
By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the full order amount.
5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
However, we reserve the right to:
• Cancel or refuse any order
• Limit quantities per customer
• Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity
If your order is canceled, you will be notified and refunded.
6. SHIPPING
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Sainte Moda is not responsible for:
• Carrier delays
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
7. RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify:
• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Items must be returned in original packaging
Non-returnable items include:
• Opened or used fragrances
• Worn garments
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed after inspection and may take 5–10 business days.
8. PRODUCT USE & DISCLAIMER
All products, including fragrances, are for external use only.
Sainte Moda is not responsible for:
• Allergic reactions
• Misuse of products
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients and usage instructions.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Platform — including logos, branding, images, and text — is the property of Sainte Moda LLC and may not be used without permission.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sainte Moda shall not be liable for:
• Indirect or incidental damages
• Losses resulting from product use or website interaction
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
12. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
