At Sainte Moda, each order is prepared with intention and care. The following Shipping Policy outlines how your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times:

    •    United States: 3–7 business days

    •    International (if applicable): 7–14 business days

Please note:

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

    •    Destination

    •    Carrier rates

    •    Order size and weight

Any applicable taxes or duties (for international orders) are the responsibility of the customer.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor shipment progress and ensure successful delivery.

5. DELAYS

Sainte Moda is not responsible for delays caused by:

    •    Shipping carriers

    •    Weather conditions

    •    Customs processing (for international orders)

    •    High shipping volume periods

6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package is marked as delivered, Sainte Moda is not responsible for:

    •    Lost packages

    •    Stolen packages

If you believe your package was lost or stolen:

    •    Contact the shipping carrier directly

    •    File a claim with the carrier

7. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

Sainte Moda is not responsible for:

    •    Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses

    •    Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect information

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address:

    •    The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs

8. FAILED DELIVERY / RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is:

    •    Refused

    •    Unclaimed

    •    Returned due to delivery failure

You may be responsible for:

    •    Return shipping fees

    •    Reshipping charges

9. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged:

    •    Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

    •    Provide photos of the item and packaging

We will review and resolve the issue accordingly.

10. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (IF APPLICABLE)

For international orders:

    •    Delivery times may vary depending on destination

    •    Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer

    •    Sainte Moda is not responsible for customs delays

11. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We reserve the right to:

    •    Refuse shipment to certain regions

    •    Cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled
