At Sainte Moda, we value intention, quality, and your experience. If your purchase is not aligned, we are here to assist within the guidelines below.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

    •    Be unused, unworn, and unaltered

    •    Be in original condition

    •    Include original packaging and tags

    •    Be free of damage, stains, or fragrance odors

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, the following items are final sale:

    •    Opened or used fragrances (including Sainte UN)

    •    Items marked as final sale

    •    Worn or damaged garments

    •    Items returned without original packaging

3. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

    1.    Contact us at [email protected]

    2.    Include:

    •    Your full name

    •    Order number

    •    Reason for return

    3.    Wait for return authorization instructions before sending your item

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. RETURN SHIPPING

    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

    •    We recommend using a trackable shipping method

    •    Sainte Moda is not responsible for lost return shipments

5. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected:

    •    Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

    •    Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

    •    Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

    •    Include clear photos of the issue

We will review and resolve the matter promptly.

7. EXCHANGES

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item:

    •    Please return your original item

    •    Place a new order separately

8. REFUSED OR RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is refused or returned due to:

    •    Incorrect address

    •    Failure to receive delivery

You may be responsible for:

    •    Return shipping fees

    •    Reshipping costs

9. FRAUD & ABUSE

We reserve the right to:

    •    Deny returns that show signs of misuse or abuse

    •    Limit returns from customers with excessive return history
